IntlMOVE respects the on-line privacy of our clients, and holds their detailed information in confidence.
Necessary Client Information
Obtaining clients’ personal data, i.e. names, addresses and e-mail address, is essential in our efforts to give them the best services and solutions available. IntlMOVE endeavours to keep our clients apprised of how we use the information they give us over the internet. We give our clients a link to this policy statement clarifying our intentions whenever we request personal information.
Privacy Statement Information
IntlMOVE does everything possible to safeguard our clients’ personal information. That includes: restricting entry into databases with client information; advising all employees to uphold our policy statement and imposing penalties if they defy this policy.
We do not sell, rent, or give our clients’ personal data to companies in order to sell other products and/or services. We require obligatory agreements to protect our client’s data if we use an outside company to market/advertise products or services on our behalf. We are very mindful of ensuring our clients’ privacy in all respects.
With a client’s approval, we communicate with them using e-mail or through other on-line means. If a client feels they are getting notices from us by mistake or decide they don’t want to get them anymore, they need to let us know. We will then remove them from our mailing lists.
IntlMOVE is always careful and respectful when communicating with clients. We treat our clients as we would want to be treated.
In order to get general/overall information regarding volume and usage of a website, we give and receive site usage data from recognized/dependable third-party companies. In doing so, we can record pages that people browse through on our site using pixel tags. In using pixel tags, personal data obtained by our third-party is not individually recognized.
Though it is highly improbable, should IntlMOVE ever think that a client’s information has been taken we would contact our client right away.
