 You will also need to notify all of your credit cards, banks and other companies with your financial obligations of your new address.

Look into international online banking, which makes it easier to transfer money between different countries.
Cancel all of your subscriptions and have your mail forwarded to your new address.
If possible, change as many accounts as possible to online statements to avoid having important documents getting lost in the mail.
All of your household bills, including cable, phone, gas, water and utilities will need to be terminated and made aware of your relocation.
